Rising Damp Treatment

Rising damp treatment involves identifying and stopping moisture from rising through the walls of a building. This is typically done by installing a chemical damp-proof course, which creates a barrier to prevent water from being absorbed into the walls. The treatment also often includes repairing damaged plaster and ensuring proper ventilation to keep the building dry and protected from future damp issues.

Timber Treatment

Timber treatment involves applying specialized chemicals to protect wood from pests, rot, and decay. This process helps to extend the lifespan of timber in both indoor and outdoor environments, preserving its strength and appearance. It’s commonly used in buildings, furniture, and structural elements to prevent damage caused by insects, fungi, and moisture.

Waterproof Rendering

Waterproof rendering is a protective layer applied to exterior walls to prevent water penetration. It involves using a specially formulated, water-resistant render that creates a durable barrier against moisture, helping to protect buildings from damp, mold, and weather damage. This solution enhances the longevity and appearance of the structure while improving insulation.
